excess fat stores and getting leaner is to lower carbohydrate intake while raising the intake of lean sources of quality protein. If you're looking to drop fat quickly for the summer, start by cutting your
carbohydrate intake in half. You’ll find this difficult to do, but it’s extremely effective. At the same time
raise your protein intake by 25%-50%. To simplify, eat less
bread, pasta, cereal, rice, and products made with any type of sugar. Eat more egg whites, non-fat dairy, skinless chicken
and turkey breast, lean beef, whey-based protein drinks, and other sources of quality protein.
