The following is a great mover for me in the morning:

1/2 cup oatmeal
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
Mix it all together, coat a skillet with a "Pam" like spray and fry it up. You have a great pancake! Also, I sometimes add 1/2 a scoop of Just Whey Protein Powder - it's thicker, but still very tasty. You can also substitute for the raisins with blueberries, or any other fruit.
