Multi Fuel Configurations

FlexStation is engineered as a modular, multi-fuel platform that adapts to the energy demands of any site. Whether the requirement is conventional fuels, gaseous alternatives, or electric charging, each unit is configured for a single fuel type while maintaining a unified architectural design across the system. This approach allows operators to deploy the exact fueling solution needed at each location—diesel, gasoline, EV charging, CNG, LNG, LPG, hydrogen, or biofuels without the cost of duplicating infrastructure.

Diesel + EV Charging

This configuration combines a dedicated diesel FlexStation for heavy-duty trucking with a separate EV fast-charging unit, allowing truck stops and logistics hubs to support both current and next-generation fleets. Diesel lanes provide high-flow dispensing for long-haul trucks, while the adjacent EV section delivers rapid charging capacity for electric commercial vehicles. By pairing these two systems on a single site while keeping them operationally independent operators can serve a wider customer base and prepare for growing electrification in freight transport.

Diesel + CNG

This FlexStation setup integrates a diesel station alongside a dedicated CNG configuration, giving operators the ability to serve both traditional diesel engines and natural gas–powered fleets. The CNG station is engineered for stable, above-ground fuel delivery while maintaining the same structural modularity as the diesel unit. This dual-deployment approach supports regions where CNG adoption is increasing, enabling operators to diversify their fueling mix and capture new demand without redesigning the entire site.

Gasoline + EV Charging

In this configuration, a gasoline FlexStation operates alongside an EV charging unit to support both internal combustion vehicles and the rising share of electric passenger cars. The gasoline section delivers reliable, high-throughput service, while the EV unit provides modern charging capabilities within the same overall site footprint. By offering both fuel types independently, operators can meet immediate demand while positioning themselves for the ongoing transition toward electrified mobility.

This final configuration illustrates how FlexStation adapts seamlessly to retail centers and high-traffic consumer locations. A traditional gasoline station footprint is combined with modular EV charging bays, enabling convenient fueling options for shoppers, commuters, and daily drivers. The above-ground design allows these systems to be installed quickly with minimal disruption to existing retail operations, making it easy for property owners to expand amenities and increase customer dwell time.
